My priority is to do things in the best possible way. That´s why I decided to try out how fine cuisine looks like at Gordon Ramsay’s Three-Michelin star restaurant at Royal Hospital Road after the graduation from secondary school.
After completing my studies at the Czech Wine Academy and the Sommelier Institute and getting a qualification, I did an internship and gained experience at London´s Michelin star restaurants.
I used my skills at Zátiší Catering Group a.s. where I got to the position of a Head Sommelier. My hobby – quality wines – became the key in running the wine bar Vinit in the city centre of Prague.
Restaurants such as Porfolio or George Prime Steak used my services and it will be my pleasure to offer you a first class food and drink experience.
